Please select your registration type below, note there are two sections of registration types . - In-Person - Virtual Make sure you select the registration type relevant to you underneath the section of your preferred attendance method. Low Resource Nation Registration To be eligible for the Low Resource Nation Registration you must come from a country on the HINARI List . Student Registration
To be eligible for Student Registration rates, registrants must be enrolled students undertaking full-time study, and be able to provide evidence of their status if requested to do so.
In-Person Registration Options
Entitlements include: - Admission to all Conference sessions 31 July - 3 August 2024 - Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea daily - Delegate materials - Ticket to the Welcome Reception - Entry access to the Exhibition - Access to the poster gallery - Opportunity to purchase social tickets
Virtual Registration Options
Entitlements include: - Access to the online Conference platform - Admission to all Conference sessions 31 July - 3 August 2024 - Networking opportunity through the online Conference platform - Access to the online Exhibition - Access to all posters through the online gallery
Cancellation Policy Deadline: 31 May 2024
Cancellations must be notified in writing (e-mail is sufficient) to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations made by 31 May 2024 will result in a full refund less $150 to cover administration costs. As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person by 31 May 2024 without incurring any cost penalty. There will be no cancellation allowance for failure to secure a visa to Australia. There will be no refunds for Virtual registrations. In the event of the Conference becoming completely virtual the delegate will receive a refund of the difference between the in-person and virtual cost. Delegates can pay the difference to upgrade from a virtual registration to the equivalent in-person registration at any time without incurring any cost penalty. Delegates must note that some social functions may reach their capacity limits and tickets are only guaranteed on a first come first served basis. The Conference Secretariat must be advised in writing of any alterations or transfers. The Organising Committee reserves final decision on a case-by-case basis for granting a cancellation in extenuating circumstances. It is recommended that travel insurance be secured personally upon registration. Disclaimer In registering for the 12th AusACPDM Biennial Conference relevant details (name/country) will be incorporated into a delegate list for the benefit of all delegates, and also may be made available (if necessary) to parties directly related to the Conference including venues, accommodation providers, sponsors, key suppliers and future Conferences. Your name and contact information may be used by the Conference Secretariat and other approved stakeholders, for marketing and managing this and future events of this type.

Virtual Pre-Conference Workshops
Half day and full day pre-conference workshops will be taking place both virtually and in-person on Tuesday 30 and Wednesday 31 July 2024. The cost to attend a Tuesday workshop is $150 for a full day and the cost to attend a Wednesday workshop is $75 for a half day. For more information on the workshops click here.

Sponsor a Delegate Program
The AusACPDM is offering you a chance to support healthcare and disability professionals for whom attendance might otherwise not be possible.
Scholarships will be provided to people in the target groups listed below - • Healthcare or disability professionals from regional or remote areas in Australia, New Zealand, OR from Pacific nations or other HINARI countries. • Early career researchers who have submitted their research for paper/poster presentations. • Limited funding: no other sources of funding that would support a delegate to attend the conference. • Community leadership: A leader or influencer in their community, and in a position to share the knowledge they learn from the conference.
