The Congress will take place from Tuesday 2 to Thursday 4 September 2025, at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC).

Ticket Selection

All tickets are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of 10% GST tax (Goods and Services Tax).

Ticket Options:

  • Super Saver Early Bird ticket to 28 February 2025. 
  • Early Bird ticket from 1 March to 31 May 2025.
  • From 1 June 2025 Standard member and non-member tickets will apply.

14WCC 2025 Accommodation 

The 14WCC Support Administration has negotiated special rates at the below hotel during the Congress. You are encouraged to secure your accommodation through the Secretariat to ensure that you receive the negotiated competitive rates.

Please note:

  • A deposit of one night only is required to secure your booking 
  • Bookings are subject to availability.
  • The rates listed are shown per night, per room. 
  • The rates are in Australian Dollars (AUD), inclusive of 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST) which is payable to the hotel chosen. There are no other additional charges to the hotel booking other than a credit card surcharge if paying by credit card.

If you require accommodation outside the nights of 31 August - 05 September 2025, please email the 14WCC Support Administration with your preferred dates.

If you are unable to book accommodation due to no availability, please contact the Secretariat first, as we will be able to contact the hotel to arrange a room for you.

Accommodation Cancellations

No accommodation payments will be refunded on or after Thursday 31st July 2025.

Please ensure that accommodation dates are correct at time of booking and before Thursday 31st July 2025 if any changes are required

Change of booking
Any change in booking must be made in writing to the 14WCC Support Administration Team: 14wccsupport@icmsaust.com.au and NOT directly to the hotel before Thursday 31st July 2025. Any changes received after Thursday 31st July 2025 will be at the hotels discretion and based on availability.

Early arrival
As check in at most hotels is not until 1500 it is possible that your room may not be ready for immediate occupation on your early arrival. Whilst hotels will do everything possible to accommodate early arrivals, if you wish to be guaranteed immediate occupation you can pay an extra day’s tariff for the night before you are due to arrive. If you wish to take this precaution, please advise the Conference Secretariat on the registration form so we can notify the hotel that your room is required early.

No Show
In the event of a “No Show” on the date of arrival, full cancellation penalties apply to all nights of the stay.
