The Congress will take place from Tuesday 2 to Thursday 4 September 2025, at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC).

All tickets are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of 10% GST tax (Goods and Services Tax).

  • Super Saver Early Bird ticket to 28 February 2025. 
  • Early Bird ticket from 1 March to 31 May 2025.
  • From 1 June 2025 Standard member and non-member tickets will apply.

14WCC 2025 Accommodation 

As we are now within 30 days of the Congress, all accommodation bookings must be made directly through the 14WCC Secretariat. To request a booking, please contact the Secretariat via email at 14wccsupport@icmsaust.com.au or by phone at +61 2 9254 5000 (GMT +10). Calls can be made between 8:30am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Accommodation is likely to be available; however a deposit equivalent to one night’s stay (in AUD) is required at the time of booking. We encourage you to contact the 14WCC Secretariat as soon as possible to secure your accommodation.
