Registration Cancellation Policy Cancellation Policy Deadline: 12 August 2025 Cancellations must be notified in writing (e-mail is sufficient) to the Symposium Secretariat. Cancellations for registrations made by 12 August 2025 will result in a full refund less $150 to cover administration costs. As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person by 9 October 2025 without incurring any cost penalty. The Symposium Secretariat must be advised in writing of any alterations or transfers. The Organising Committee reserves final decision on a case-by-case basis for granting a cancellation in extenuating circumstances. Registration Alterations Delegates must note that some social functions may reach their capacity limits and tickets are only guaranteed on a first come first served basis. From 12 August 2025 no refunds will be provided for a transfer of registration. There will be no cancellation allowance for failure to secure a visa to Australia. It is recommended that travel insurance be secured personally upon registration. The Symposium Secretariat must be advised in writing of any alterations or transfers. Disclaimer All best endeavours will be made to present the program as printed on this website. The Symposium and its agents reserve the right to alter without prior notice, any of the arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating to the meeting, for any cause beyond its reasonable control. The Organising Committee and the Symposium Organisers are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Organising Committee and the Symposium Organisers do not accept responsibility for loss of monies caused by delays. Participants are advised to take out personal travel insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions. The Symposium does not cover individuals against cancellations of bookings or theft or damage to belongings. Symposium Cancellations In the event of the cancellation of the Symposium, all registrations and associated components of attendance will be cancelled and amounts refunded in full.

ANZFSS 2025 has secured discounted rates at Pullman Melbourne Albert Park and Mercure Melbourne Albert Park. These rates will be available on a first come first served basis available for booking prior to Friday 10 October 2025. To take advantage of these special rates and book your room please book via each of the individual hotels generated link. Each hotel will have their own terms and conditions to adhere to.
