Welcome to the Registration for The ACM Web Conference 2025 (WWW'25)

The ACM Web Conference 2025 (WWW'25) will take place from Monday 28 April to Friday 2 May 2025, at the International Convention Centre Sydney (ICC).

All registration fees will be charged in $AUD and are inclusive of goods and services tax (GST) at 10%. 

    • Early Bird Registration rates - Closes 14 March 2024
    • Standard Registration rates - Available from 15 March 2025 - 15 April 2025
    • Late/Onsite Registration rates - Available from 16 April 2025 - 1 May 2025

Accommodation

The ACM Web 2025 Conference Secretariat has negotiated special rates at the below hotel during the Conference. You are encouraged to secure your accommodation through the Secretariat to ensure that you receive the negotiated competitive rates.

Please note:

  • In order to secure your accommodation, full payment is required. 
  • Bookings are subject to availability.
  • The rates listed are shown per night, per room.
  • The rates are in Australian Dollars (AUD), inclusive of 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST) which is payable to the hotel chosen. There are no other additional charges to the hotel booking other than a credit card surcharge if paying by credit card.

If you require accommodation outside the nights of 27 April - 02 May 2025, please email the Conference Secretariat with your preferred dates.

If you are unable to book accommodation due to no availability, please contact the Secretariat first, as we will be able to contact the hotel to arrange a room for you.

Accommodation Cancellations
No accommodation payments will be refunded on or after Friday 14 March, 2025

Please ensure that accommodation dates are correct at time of booking and before Friday 14 March, 2025 if any changes are required.

Change of booking
Any change in booking must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat and NOT directly to the hotel before Friday 14 March, 2025. Any changes received after Friday 14 March, 2025 will be at the hotels discretion and based on availability.

Early arrival
As check in at most hotels is not until 1500 it is possible that your room may not be ready for immediate occupation on your early arrival. Whilst hotels will do everything possible to accommodate early arrivals, if you wish to be guaranteed immediate occupation you can pay an extra day’s tariff for the night before you are due to arrive. If you wish to take this precaution, please advise the Conference Secretariat on the registration form so we can notify the hotel that your room is required early.

No Show
In the event of a “No Show” on the date of arrival, full cancellation penalties apply to all nights of the stay.
