Communication In registering for this congress relevant details (name/country) will be incorporated into a delegate list for the benefit of all delegates, and also may be made available (if necessary) to parties directly related to the congress including venues, accommodation providers, sponsors, key suppliers and future congresses. Your name and contact information may be used by the event manager and other approved stakeholder, for marketing and managing this and future events of this type. You may opt out at any time. Photographs including group photos of the speakers/delegates/and exhibitors may be taken and used on ALA communication and collateral materials. Registration Cancellation Policy Deadline: Wednesday 11 April 2018 Cancellations must be notified in writing (e-mail is sufficient) to the Congress Secretariat. Any cancellations received after Wednesday 11 April 2018 will be refunded less a $150 Administration fee. As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person. The Congress Secretariat must be advised in writing of any alterations or transfers. Accommodation Cancellation Policy Deadline: 9 April 2018 A deposit for one night's accommodation must be received by 9 April 2018. Any unpaid rooms will be returned to the hotel on this date. No accommodation deposits will be refunded on or after 9 April 2018. Please make sure that your accommodation dates are correct. Delegates who confirm attendance and provide credit card details but do not advise of cancellation before the 30 day period of Congress commencement will incur charges for the 'No Show' rate, as penalised by the hotel. Any change in booking must be made in writing to the Congress Secretariat and NOT directly to the hotel.
Payment

Payment must accompany your registration. Conference registration cannot be confirmed until payment is received. Once your registration has been processed, a receipt in the form of a tax invoice will be emailed to you.

If you would like to pay via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)/Internet Banking, or via cheque please select "Option 1" below to have an invoice sent to you with payment details. All cheques should be in Australian dollars payable at an Australian bank and free of all charges.

For credit card payments, please select "Option 2" below. Credit card transactions will appear as 'ICMS Australasia Pty Ltd' on your bank statement (the Conference organising company). If you are making a credit card payment from a country outside Australia, for security reasons you must first advise your banking institution of the impending charge and authorise them to allow the charge from Australia to go through. Allow up to 48 hours (this is due to the time difference between our countries). A tax invoice will be issued once payment is approved. Credit cards will be charged in Australian dollars.
