The Symposium will be held on Tuesday 25 March 2025 in-person at Palladium Crown, Melbourne.

In registering for APFIS 2025 relevant details (name/organisation), but NOT your email or phone number, will be incorporated into a delegate list for the benefit of all registered delegates and also may be made available (if necessary) to parties directly related to the Symposium including venues, accommodation providers, sponsors, key suppliers and future symposia.

All fees are quoted in Australian dollars ($AUD) and are inclusive of 10% GST (Goods and Services Tax).

Terms and Conditions
Registration is non-refundable but may be transferred to another person by Monday 24 March 2025 without incurring any cost penalty. 

Disclaimer
All best endeavours will be made to present the program, the Symposium and its agents reserve the right to alter without prior notice, any of the arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating to the meeting, for any cause beyond its reasonable control. The host and the Symposium Organisers are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the host and the Symposium Organisers do not accept responsibility for the loss of monies caused by delays. Participants are advised to take out personal travel insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions. The Symposium does not cover individuals against cancellations of bookings or theft or damage to belongings.

Symposium Cancellation
In the event of the cancellation of the Symposium, all registrations and associated components of attendance will be cancelled and amounts refunded in full.

A networking drinks function will be held at the conclusion of the Symposium at the same location. Please indicate your attendance below.
