In registering for this conference relevant details (name/country) will be incorporated into a delegate list for the benefit of all delegates. Your name and contact information may be used by Australian Music Therapy Association host agencies for marketing and managing this and future Australian Music Therapy Association events.

By providing your email address on the registration form, you agree to the conference secretariat and other approved stakeholders communicating with you via email to market and manage this and future events of this type. You may opt out at any time.
Onsite Photography
Onsite Photography Photos from the conference may also be published on the website or other marketing materials. Please notify the onsite photographer if you do not wish to have your photo taken.
Cancellation Policy
Deadline: 29 September 2019
Cancellations must be notified by e-mail to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations made by 29 September 2019 will result in a full refund less AUD150 to cover administration costs. As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person without incurring any cost penalty. The Conference Secretariat must be advised in writing of any alterations or transfers. Failure to obtain the appropriate visa to travel to Australia does not constitute a refund.
Cancellation of Accommodation
Deadline: 28 October 2019
Deposits
Accommodation will not be confirmed until a deposit of one night's tariff is received by credit card or full payment by electronic funds transfer or cheque is made. This deposit will be forwarded to your hotel and will be credited to your room account. Delegates must settle the balance of their account with the hotel concerned upon check in/out, depending on the hotel. If accommodation deposits are not received by 28 October 2019 your room will be released back to the hotel. The Conference Secretariat does not take responsibility for accommodation if deposits are not received by this date.
Cancellations
No accommodation deposit will be refunded after 28 October 2019. Delegates who confirm attendance and provide credit card details but do not advise of cancellation before 24 October 2019 will incur charges for the 'no-show' rate, as penalised by the hotel. This charge is calculated as the room rate per night multiplied by the dates booked and secured. Please ensure that accommodation dates are correct at time of booking. All changes to accommodation reservations are to be made with the Conference Secretariat and NOT directly to the hotel. After 25 November 2019, please contact the hotel directly for any changes to your booking, keeping in mind that the cancellation date has past and cancelling or shortening of stays will be charged in full.
