Terms and Conditions 1. By booking ticket/s to Crystal-A-Con / BYP, you are hereby giving the Organisers your personal information for aggregated reporting purposes only and will not be sold to third parties. 2. When agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, I grant permission to BYP Organisers to take and use photographs, videotapes and/or digital images in publicity, illustration, publishing (including publishing in electronic form) or other lawful uses as may be determined by BYPs Organising Group. 3. In addition, I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written copy. I authorise the use of these images indefinitely without compensation to me. All negatives, positives, prints, digital reproductions and videotape shall be the property of BYP. 4. A printed or mobile ticket is required for entry into Crystal-A-Con and the right of admission is reserved and is subject to the Organiser’s and the venue’s terms of admission. 5. Entry may be refused if tickets are damaged or defaced in any way or are not confirmed via the official BYP event page. 6. If your booking numbers change, you will inform the Organisers at the earliest convenience at hello@braggyourpattern.com 7. You understand that Timings and activities listed are indicative at the moment and are subject to change. 8. You agree The organisers are not responsible for any travel arrangements, including parental permissions and travel costs.
