Thank you for registering to attend CMIC Conference 2018. It is important that you ensure all details are correct, and if any changes are required, it is necessary for you to edit now.
In registering for this Conference relevant details (name/country) will be incorporated into a delegate list for the benefit of all delegates, and also may be made available (if necessary) to parties directly related to the Conference including venues, accommodation providers, sponsors, key suppliers and future Conferences. Your name and contact information may be used by the event manager and other approved stakeholders, for marketing and managing this and future events of this type.
If you wish to be excluded from the above, including the delegate list, please select the 'edit' button on the right hand side of the 'Contact Details' section below and ensure you select the appropriate box at the bottom of the 'Contact Details' page to be excluded.
If you have already selected to be excluded, it will show in the summary below, at the bottom of the 'Contact Details' section.
Once your online registration has been completed, you will receive an automated email outlining your registration details. If an email is not received within 7 days, please contact the Conference Secretariat as your registration may not have been received properly.
Please note, all costs are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Email communication
By providing your email address on the registration form, you agree to the event manager and other approved stakeholders communicating with you via email to market and manage this and future events of this type. You may opt out at any time.
Onsite Photography
Photos from the Congress may also be published on the website or other marketing materials. Please notify the onsite photographer if you do not wish to have your photo taken.
Cancellation Policy
Deadline: 21 July 2018
Cancellations must be notified by e-mail to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations made prior to 21 July 2018 will result in a full refund less AUD150 to cover administration costs. As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person without incurring any cost penalty. The Conference Secretariat must be advised in writing of any alterations or transfers. Failure to obtain the appropriate visa to travel to Australia does not constitute a refund.
Accommodation Cancellations
No accommodation payments will be refunded on or after 12 August 2018.
Delegates who confirm attendance by paying a minimum of the first night and do not advise of cancellation before 12 August 2018 the ‘no show’ rate, as penalised by the hotel will be charged to you and your payment will not be refunded. This charge is calculated as the room rate per night multiplied by the dates booked and secured. Please ensure that accommodation dates are correct at time of booking or before 12 August 2018 if any changes are required.
