Thank you for registering to attend the 29th Annual Scientific Conference of the International Society of Environmental Epidemiology. It is important that you ensure all details are correct, and if any changes are required, it is necessary for you to edit now.
In registering for this Conference relevant details (name/country) will be incorporated into a delegate list for the benefit of all delegates, and also may be made available (if necessary) to parties directly related to the Conference including venues, accommodation providers, sponsors, key suppliers and future Conferences. Your name and contact information may be used by the Conference Secretariat and other approved stakeholders, for marketing and managing this and future ISEE events.
If you wish to be excluded from the above, including the delegate list, please select the 'Edit' button on the right hand side of the 'Contact Details' section below and ensure you select the appropriate box at the bottom of the 'Contact Details' page to be excluded.
If you have already selected to be excluded, it will show in the summary below, at the bottom of the 'Contact Details' section.
Once your online registration has been completed, you will receive an automated email to confirm your registration has been received. If an email is not received within 7 days, please contact the Conference Secretariat as your registration may not have been received properly.
Reduced registration fees are available to currently enrolled students (please provide evidence of status by sending a scan of student ID to the Conference Secretariat

Onsite Photography
Onsite Photography Photos from the Conference may also be published on the website or other marketing materials. Please notify the onsite photographer if you do not wish to have your photo taken.
Cancellation Policy
Deadline: 25 July 2017
Cancellations must be notified in writing (e-mail is sufficient) to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations made by 25 July 2017 will result in a full refund less $150 to cover administration costs. As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person by 25 July 2017 without incurring any cost penalty. The Conference Secretariat must be advised in writing of any alterations or transfers. Failure to obtain the appropriate visa to travel to Australia does not constitute a refund.
Cancellation of Accommodation
Deadline: 16 August 2017
Deposits
Accommodation will not be confirmed until a deposit of one night's tariff is received by credit card or full payment by electronic funds transfer or cheque is made. This deposit will be forwarded to your hotel and will be credited to your room account. Delegates must settle the balance of their account with the hotel concerned upon check in/out, depending on the hotel. If accommodation deposits are not received by 16 August 2017 your room will be released back to the hotel. The Conference Secretariat does not take responsibility for accommodation if deposits are not received by this date.
Cancellations
No accommodation deposit will be refunded after 16 August 2017. Delegates who confirm attendance and provide credit card details but do not advise of cancellation before 16 August 2017 will incur charges for the 'no-show' rate, as penalised by the hotel. This charge is calculated as the room rate per night multiplied by the dates booked and secured. Please ensure that accommodation dates are correct at time of booking. All changes to accommodation reservations are to be made with the Conference Secretariat and NOT directly to the hotel. After 16 September 2017, please contact the hotel directly for any changes to your booking, keeping in mind that the cancellation date has past and cancelling or shortening of stays will be charged in full.
