All Early Bird Registrations must be paid before 30 June 2026. After this date the standard rate will apply.
All fees are quoted in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of 10% GST (Goods and Services Tax).

Please Note: ISPCAN Member Fee requires valid membership at the time of registration and Congress to receive the reduced rate offered to members. Be sure to check your membership validity at membership@ispcan.org. If you purchase a Non-Member Registration to the Congress, it will include a one-year ISPCAN Membership.

Terms and Conditions

Cancellation of Registration Deadline: Thursday 23 July 2026
Cancellations must be notified in writing by e-mail to
ispcan.info@icmsaust.com.au. Cancellations made by 23 July 2026 will result in a full refund less $150 to cover administration costs. Refunds are only issued for visa denials so proof of adequate time for applications and denial must be provided. As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person by Friday 7 August without incurring any cost penalty.

All best endeavours will be made to present the program as published on the website. The Congress and its agents reserve the right to alter without prior notice, any of the arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating to the meeting, for any cause beyond its reasonable control. The host and the Congress Organisers are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the host and the Congress Organisers do not accept responsibility for the loss of monies caused by delays. Participants are advised to take out personal travel insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions. The Congress does not cover individuals against cancellations of bookings or theft or damage to belongings.
Note participants may be photographed or filmed at any time. By attending, you consent to the use, publication, or reproduction of your image or recording in any form of communication material used to promote the event and report on its events through publications and resource materials. If you do not wish to have your image photographed or filmed, please contact the secretariat in advance or onsite to advise of your preference.

Congress Postponement
In the event of a postponement, all registrations will automatically be transferred to the new Congress dates. All components of your registration including accommodation bookings, Social Functions will also be transferred. If you are unable to attend on the new dates, you may contact the Congress Secretariat to request a transfer of your registration to a colleague at no cost or request a cancellation and refund which will incur a $150 administration fee up until the Registration Cancellation Deadline.

Congress Cancellation
In the event of the cancellation of the Congress all registrations and associated components of attendance will be cancelled and amounts refunded in full.

Pre-Congress Workshops

ISPCAN’s Pre-congress Workshops Day will take place on Sunday, August 23rd, at the Sofitel on Collins Street.

  • A deposit of one nights fee or full amount (depending on hotel) is required to secure your accommodation booking. The remaining amount for all other nights(s) will be due for payment upon arrival at the hotel via debit or credit card. 
  • Bookings are subject to availability  
  • Breakfast is NOT included unless otherwise stated 
  • The rates listed are shown per night per room and for the full stay 
  • The rate are in Australian Dollars (AUD), inclusive of 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST) which is payable to the hotel chosen.  
  • The Secretariat does not take responsibility for accommodation if deposits are not received by Wednesday 8 July 2026.

 

Accommodation Deadline: Wednesday 8 July 2026
Cancellations
NO ACCOMMODATION PAYMENTS WILL BE REFUNDED ON OR AFTER Wednesday 8 July 2026. Delegates who confirm an accommodation booking with a credit card or full pre-payment and who wish to cancel on or after Wednesday 8 July 2026 are liable for the full cost of their accommodation nights cancelled. Credit Card details or full pre-payments will be held on file as a guarantee of booking and shared with the hotel upon situations of no-shows, or late cancellations, to charge at full rate upon their discretion. To cancel your reservation, please contact the Congress Secretariat. Name changes to a reservation can be made at no charge.

Deposits
Accommodation will not be confirmed until payment of the first night is received by Credit Card or full pre-payment is received by Cheque or Electronic Funds Transfer. Your payment will be forwarded to your hotel and credited to your room account and credit card details will be retained on file as a guarantee of booking. Delegates must settle the balance of their account with the hotel concerned upon check in/out depending on the hotels policy. If accommodation deposits are not received before Wednesday 8 July 2026 your room will be cancelled and released back to the hotel. The Congress Secretariat does not take responsibility for accommodation if payment is not received by this date.

Change of booking
Any change in booking must be made in writing to the Congress Secretariat and NOT directly to the hotel before Wednesday 8 July 2026. Any changes received after Wednesday 8 July 2026 will be at the hotels discretion and based on availability.

Early arrival
As check in at most hotels is not until 14:00, it is possible that your room may not be ready for immediate occupation on your early arrival. Whilst hotels will do everything possible to accommodate early arrivals, if you wish to be guaranteed immediate occupation you can pay an extra day’s tariff for the night before you are due to arrive. If you wish to take this precaution, please advise the Congress Secretariat so we can notify the hotel that your room is required early.

No show policy
In the event of a “No Show” on the date of arrival, full cancellation penalties apply to all nights of the stay.
