The MASCC/ISOO 2026 Team has secured a range of accommodation rooms over a variety of properties in Melbourne.

Accommodation bookings for MASCC/ISOO 2026 will be required to be made directly through our registration form, or contact the MASCC/ISOO 2026 Conference Secretariat.

The nightly rates available via the booking links are discounted rates for MASCC/ISOO 2026 delegates only.

Credit Card Guarantee
The conference Secretariat has negotiated special rates at hotels around the Crowne Plaza Melbourne for the duration of the conference. Delegates can easily make accommodation reservations at any of our hotels for ANZSPD 2026 via the online registration form.

• Breakfast is NOT included unless otherwise stated
 • The rates listed are shown per night per room
 • The rates are in Australian Dollars ($AUD), inclusive of 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST), which is payable to the hotel chosen. There are no other additional charges to the hotel booking other than a credit card surcharge if paying by credit card

Accommodation Cancellations
Accommodation payments will NOT be refunded on or after Monday, 11 May 2026 .
Delegates who confirm their attendance by paying a minimum of the first night and do not advise of cancellation before Monday, 11 May 2026  will be charged the ‘no show’ rate, as penalised by the hotel. This charge is calculated as the room rate per night multiplied by the dates booked and secured. Please ensure that accommodation dates are correct at time of booking and before Monday, 11 May 2026 if any changes are required.
Change of booking
Any change in booking must be made in writing to the MASCC/ISOO Conference Secretariat and NOT directly to the hotel before Monday, 11 May 2026 . Any changes received after Monday, 11 May 2026 will be charged the ‘no show’ rate, as penalised by the hotel. This charge is calculated as the room rate per night multiplied by the dates booked and secured. Please ensure that accommodation dates are correct at time of booking and before Monday, 11 May 2026  if any changes are required.
Early arrival
As check in at most hotels is not until 1400, it is possible that your room may not be ready for immediate occupation on your early arrival. Whilst hotels will do everything possible to accommodate early arrivals, if you wish to be guaranteed immediate occupation you can pay an extra day’s tariff for the night before you are due to arrive. If you wish to take this precaution, please advise the ANZSPD 2026 conference Secretariat on the registration form so we can notify the hotel that your room is required early.
No Show
In the event of a “No Show” on the date of arrival, full cancellation penalties apply to all nights of the stay.
