We also encourage you to opt in to marketing so that, your name, organisation or country of residence may be made available to parties directly related to the Next Water 2025 including, but not limited to: venues, accommodation providers, key suppliers, and future Next Water organisers.

Please note that no personal information other than name, organisation or country of residence will be shared beyond the Organisers and the Next Water 2025 Secretariat (ICMS Australasia).

All Registration fees will be charged in $AUD and are inclusive of goods and services tax (GST) at 10%.

Earlybird rates are available until 11:59 PM (AEST) Monday 21 July, 2025.
Standard rates will apply from 12:00 AM (AEST) Tuesday 22 July, 2025.

Cancellation of Registration Deadline: Friday 22 August 2025
Cancellations must be notified in writing (e-mail is sufficient) to the Next Water 2025 Secretariat. Cancellations made by Friday 22 August, 2025 will result in a full refund less $150 to cover administration costs. As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person by Friday 22 August, 2025, without incurring any cost penalty. Refunds for cancellations received after Friday 22 August, 2025, will only be made in exceptional circumstances. The host reserves final decision on a case-by-case basis for granting a cancellation in extenuating circumstances. It is recommended that travel insurance be secured personally upon registering. The Next Water 2025 Secretariat must be advised in writing of any alterations or transfers of registrations.

Disclaimer
In registering for Next Water 2025 Conference relevant details (name/country) will be incorporated into a delegate list for the benefit of all delegates, and also may be made available (if necessary) to parties directly related to Next Water 2025 including venues, accommodation providers, sponsors, key suppliers and future Next Water 2025. Your name and contact information may be used by the Next Water 2025 Secretariat and other approved stakeholders, for marketing and managing this and future events of this type. 
All best endeavours will be made to present the program as published on Monday 6 October, 2025. Next Water 2025 and its agents reserve the right to alter without prior notice, any of the arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating to the meeting, for any cause beyond its reasonable control. The host and the Next Water 2025 Organisers are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the host and the Conference Organisers do not accept responsibility for the loss of monies caused by delays. Participants are advised to take out personal travel insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions. Next Water 2025 does not cover individuals against cancellations of bookings or theft or damage to belongings.

Next Water 2025 Postponement
In the event of a postponement, all registrations will automatically be transferred to the new Next Water 2025 dates. All components of your registration including accommodation bookings, will also be transferred. If you are unable to attend on the new dates, you may contact the Next Water 2025 Secretariat to request a transfer of your registration to a colleague at no cost, or request a cancellation and refund which will incur a $150 administration fee up until the Registration Cancellation Deadline.

In the event of the cancellation of Next Water 2025, all registrations and associated components of attendance will be cancelled and amounts refunded in full.

All Full (two day) Next Water 2025 Delegate's are entitled to one complimentary ticket to the Networking Party, with the opportunity to purchase additional tickets for a guest.

The Next Water 2025 Secretariat has negotiated special rates at the listed hotels during the Next Water 2025 Event. You are encouraged to secure your accommodation through the Secretariat to ensure that you receive the negotiated competitive rates.

Accommodation Cancellations No accommodation payments will be refunded on or after Friday 22 August, 2025 Delegates who confirm attendance by paying a minimum of the first night and do not advise of cancellation before Friday 22 August, 2025 the ‘no show’ rate, as penalised by the hotel, will be charged to you and your payment will not be refunded. This charge is calculated as the room rate per night multiplied by the dates booked and secured. Please ensure that accommodation dates are correct at time of booking and before Friday 22 August, 2025 if any changes are required. Change of booking Any change in booking must be made in writing to the Next Water 2025 Secretariat and NOT directly to the hotel before Friday 22 August, 2025. Any changes received after Friday 22 August, 2025 will be at the hotels discretion and based on availability. Early arrival As check in at most hotels is not until 1400, it is possible that your room may not be ready for immediate occupation on your early arrival. Whilst hotels will do everything possible to accommodate early arrivals, if you wish to be guaranteed immediate occupation you can pay an extra day’s tariff for the night before you are due to arrive. If you wish to take this precaution, please advise the Next Water 2025 Secretariat on the registration form so we can notify the hotel that your room is required early. No Show In the event of a “No Show” on the date of arrival, full cancellation penalties apply to all nights of the stay.
