Cancellation of Registration Deadline: Friday 22 August 2025
Cancellations must be notified in writing (e-mail is sufficient) to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations made by Friday 22 August, 2025 will result in a full refund less $150 to cover administration costs. As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person by Friday 22 August, 2025, without incurring any cost penalty. Refunds for cancellations received after Friday 22 August, 2025, will only be made in exceptional circumstances. The host reserves final decision on a case-by-case basis for granting a cancellation in extenuating circumstances. It is recommended that travel insurance be secured personally upon registering. The Conference Secretariat must be advised in writing of any alterations or transfers of registrations.

In registering for the Next Water 2025 Conference relevant details (name/country) will be incorporated into a delegate list for the benefit of all delegates, and also may be made available (if necessary) to parties directly related to the Conference including venues, accommodation providers, sponsors, key suppliers and future Conferences. Your name and contact information may be used by the Conference Secretariat and other approved stakeholders, for marketing and managing this and future events of this type.All best endeavours will be made to present the program as published on Monday 6 October, 2025. The conference and its agents reserve the right to alter without prior notice, any of the arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating to the meeting, for any cause beyond its reasonable control. The host and the Conference Organisers are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the host and the Conference Organisers do not accept responsibility for the loss of monies caused by delays. Participants are advised to take out personal travel insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions. The conference does not cover individuals against cancellations of bookings or theft or damage to belongings.
Conference Postponement
In the event of a postponement, all registrations will automatically be transferred to the new Conference dates. All components of your registration including accommodation bookings, will also be transferred. If you are unable to attend on the new dates, you may contact the Conference Secretariat to request a transfer of your registration to a colleague at no cost, or request a cancellation and refund which will incur a $150 administration fee up until the Registration Cancellation Deadline.
Conference Cancellation
In the event of the cancellation of the conference, all registrations and associated components of attendance will be cancelled and amounts refunded in full.
