Registrations received by 24 April 2026 must be paid in full by 24 April 2026 in order to receive the early bird registration rate.

A 20% off discount applicable on all registration types is available for approved early childhood educators. To apply for this discount, and receive the discount code, please email QCPIMH-events@health.qld.gov.au

Registration Entitlements include: 

• Online access to the sessions on Friday 12th June

Payment Policy
Registrations received by 2 April 2026 must be paid in full by 2 April 2026 in order to receive the early bird registration rate.

Cancellation Policy
Terms and conditions:
Cancellation of Registration Deadline: Monday, 11 May 2026
Cancellations must be notified in writing (e-mail is sufficient) to the QIMHS 2026 Symposium Secretariat. Cancellations made by Monday, 11 May 2026 will result in a full refund less $150 to cover administration costs. As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person by Monday, 11 May 2026 without incurring any cost penalty. Refunds for cancellations received after Monday, 11 May 2026 will only be made in exceptional circumstances. The host reserves the final decision on a case-by-case basis for granting a cancellation in extenuating circumstances. It is recommended that travel insurance be secured personally upon registering. The QIMHS 2026 Symposium Secretariat must be advised in writing of any alterations or transfers of registrations.
