RoboCup 2019 Accommodation

The 2019 RoboCup Accommodation Manager has negotiated special conference rates throughout the CBD in Sydney.

Attendees can easily make an accommodation reservation below at the preferred Hotels for RoboCup 2019 via the reservation service link.

All rooms and rates below are held until 30 May 2019 or until sold out. Rooms are available on a first-come first-served basis, so do not procrastinate and book your room as soon as possible!

Please note:
- A deposit of one night only is required to secure your booking
- Bookings are subject to availability
- Breakfast is NOT included unless otherwise stated
- The rates listed are shown per night and for the full stay
- The rates are in Australian Dollars (AUD), inclusive of 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST) which is payable to the hotel chosen. There are no other additional charges to the hotel booking other than a credit card surcharge if paying by credit card

To secure your accommodation below, a one night's deposit by credit card, or full payment by credit card, electronic funds transfer or cheque is required and is forwarded to the hotel.
If only a deposit is paid to secure the reservation delegates must settle the balance of their account with the hotel concerned upon check in or check out, depending on the individual hotel.
If accommodation payments are not received by 30 May 2019 your room will be released back to the hotel. The 2019 RoboCup Accommodation Manager does not take responsibility for accommodation if deposits are not received by this date.

- Modify your accommodation booking, or choose to book accommodation after 30 May 2019
- Require accommodation outside the nights of 30 June 2019 and 9 July 2019
- Are unable to book accommodation due to no availability below

If you wish to take this precaution, please advise the Accommodation Secretariat on the registration form so we can notify the hotel that your room is required early. Payment

For credit card payments, please select "Online Credit Card Payment" below. Credit card transactions will appear as 'ICMS Australasia Pty Ltd' on your bank statement (the Hotel Management Office). If you are making a credit card payment from a country outside Australia, for security reasons you must first advise your banking institution of the impending charge and authorise them to allow the charge from Australia to go through. Allow up to 48 hours (this is due to the time difference between our countries). A tax invoice will be issued once payment is approved. Credit cards will be charged in Australian dollars.
