Please use this form to register if you are only attending the Workshops on Monday 13 July or Friday 17 July. If you are attending the full conference, please use the Conference Registration form which can be found on the RSS 2026 website.

The registered email address will receive an automated email confirming that your registration has been submitted. Payment Fees
Please note that payments made by credit card will incur a processing fee of up to 4% which will be added to your registration total at checkout.

If you prefer to avoid this fee, you may select bank transfer as your payment method. Bank transfer details will be provided upon registration and no additional processing fees will apply.

In registering for RSS 2026, your name and organisation (but NOT your email or phone number) will be displayed on your name tag and incorporated into a delegate list, but not intended to be shared more widely than the physical venue. However, we also have industry sponsors, accommodation providers and venues who may have exclusive offers, private networking events, and/or other opportunities, to whom we may provide your details, but which you can opt out of below.

Registration Terms and Conditions Cancellation of Registration Deadline: Friday 29 May 2026 Cancellations must be notified in writing (e-mail is sufficient) to the RSS 2026 Secretariat. Cancellations made by Friday 29 May 2026 will result in a full refund less $150 to cover administration costs. As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person by Monday 29 June 2026 without incurring any cost penalty. Refunds for cancellations received after Friday 29 May 2026 will only be made in exceptional circumstances. The host reserves final decision on a case-by-case basis for granting a cancellation in extenuating circumstances. It is recommended that travel insurance be secured personally upon registering. The RSS 2026 Secretariat must be advised in writing of any alterations or transfers of registrations. Disclaimer All best endeavours will be made to present the program as published on the website. RSS 2026 and its agents reserve the right to alter without prior notice, any of the arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating to the meeting, for any cause beyond its reasonable control. The host and the RSS 2026 Organisers are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the host and the RSS 2026 Organisers do not accept responsibility for the loss of monies caused by delays. Participants are advised to take out personal travel insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions. RSS 2026 does not cover individuals against cancellations of bookings or theft or damage to belongings. Note participants may be photographed or filmed at any time. By attending, you consent to the use, publication, or reproduction of your image or recording in any form of communication material used to promote the event and report on its events through publications and resource materials. If you do not wish to have your image photographed or filmed, please contact the secretariat in advance or onsite to advise of your preference. RSS 2026 Postponement In the event of a postponement, all registrations will automatically be transferred to the new RSS 2026 dates. All components of your registration including accommodation bookings, Welcome reception and Gala Dinner tickets will also be transferred. If you are unable to attend on the new dates, you may contact the RSS 2026 Secretariat to request a transfer of your registration to a colleague at no cost, or request a cancellation and refund which will incur a $150 administration fee up until the Registration Cancellation Deadline. RSS 2026 Cancellation In the event of the cancellation of RSS 2026, all registrations and associated components of attendance will be cancelled and amounts refunded in full.
