How do I register?

Sponsor and Exhibitor registrations can be registered, managed and updated via the Registration Portal. 

Can I attend sessions?

Sponsor Registration have access to the sessions. Exhibitor registrations do not include access to sessions.



Move in and Out

 Individuals under 15 are not permitted in loading docks or event spaces during move-in or move-out; trolleys are not allowed in front-of-house areas between 7:00 and 19:00; and all goods must be removed during move-out and collected by the appointed freight provider.


What time can I access my space for set up?  

Exhibition Move in is Monday 1 September 14:00 - 18:00. Closed-toe shoes and high-vis vests must be worn at all times (available from vending machines on the MEC concourse);



How do I organise internet access?

Internet and Audio-Visual Exhibitors can book internet access and audio-visual requirements directly with MCEC.

Is any Furniture included with my space?

Exhibitors will be provided one table and two chairs.



Will packing supplies be provided?

Please note the organiser does not supply packing supplies. It is recommended that all exhibitors come prepared. 

What can I have in my exhibition space?

We encourage you to be creative with the items on your exhibition stand, as this will encourage delegate traffic to your display.



Is there a storage unit if I deliver early and what is the cost?

We recommend contacting our freight forwarder for details on holding your freight requirements. MCEC does not provide storage, so be sure to arrange it through the appointed freight forwarder

Can I buy VIP event tickets? 

No, VIP tickets are limited to the sponsorship packages.
